Straight answers.
Will it work at a crowded venue?
That is the entire point of bonding multiple carriers, and it’s why configuration and antenna planning happen before delivery. For the highest-stakes events, an operator with a monitor beats hope.
Do we need our own data plans?
No. Units ship with SIMs installed and data included in the rental; heavy-usage events get scoped at quote time.
Can you receive the feed for us?
Yes. We configure the receive side, whether that’s your infrastructure, a cloud path, or ours.
Can you land the feed in our switcher?
Yes. The receive side is configured to deliver into your production, and if the show needs the whole chain, the desk specs transmission and switching together with the TriCaster fleet.
Do you rent for multi-day runs and tours?
Short-term and long-term both. Give the desk the run of dates and the package is quoted to the whole job.
What happens if something fails on site?
Call the desk and troubleshooting starts immediately; the fleet is maintained in-house, and if hardware is truly at fault, swap logistics are part of the same conversation.
