Can one person really run it?
Yes, if it is designed for that from the start: preset shots, simple switching, and a documented startup that a rotating staff can follow. That constraint shapes every municipal system we build.
Can it feed the room, Zoom, the stream, the cable channel, and the archive at once?
That is the standard municipal chain now, and it is a routing and automation design task, not five separate systems.
Can you help us write the spec or respond to our RFP process?

Do you work within public bidding requirements?
Yes, regularly. Public and institutional purchasing processes are normal here; see the bidding information page or bring the requirement to the first conversation and we will work inside it.
Can one clerk or volunteer really run a meeting?
That is the design target, not a stretch goal. Presets, automation, and one-touch workflows are specified from the start, and training is part of the handoff.
What happens when something fails an hour before a meeting?
Call the desk. Remote diagnostics come first, rental bridges exist for hardware that has to travel, and support contracts put response targets in writing.
