Compliant PEG and meeting production, proven.
Council chambers, PEG studios, trucks, and field kits that small staffs can actually run. This is Varto’s deepest bench: townships, boroughs, and public access broadcasters across the region.
// We know your world
You are not building a TV network.
You are covering meetings, running a channel, and serving residents with limited staff, public budgets, and procurement rules. The systems that work here are the ones one person can run on a Tuesday night.

Township after township, on channel.
// Proof · 01–03
A township television operation, studio to street.
01
TriCaster in the studio, TriCaster in the council chambers, and a production truck running TriCaster, 3Play replay, and NewBlue graphics, so one staff covers meetings, programming, and community events.
A five-building township network on existing fiber.
02
NDI and Dante over fiber the town already owned, tying chambers, studio, and municipal buildings into one production network instead of five separate rooms.
A big-city public access broadcaster, year after year.
03
A multi-TriCaster fleet kept current with service, training, and support, the long-relationship model this segment runs on.
Bench strength: truck overhauls (Blackmagic URSA installs), bonded-cellular field kits with IFB return audio on Yamaha DM3, chamber systems with PTZ and routing, and professional-services plans with Netgear AV networking for towns that need support hours more than new boxes.
// What we typically build
Five lanes, one build discipline.
// How buying works
Annual budgets, public bids and RFPs, PEG funds, and capital projects.
We work inside those processes, help with spec and scope language a purchasing office can approve, and phase builds across budget cycles: chambers first, channel and streaming next, field kits after.
// Straight answers
Questions we hear every week.
Can one person really run it?
Yes, if it is designed for that from the start: preset shots, simple switching, and a documented startup that a rotating staff can follow. That constraint shapes every municipal system we build.
Can it feed the room, Zoom, the stream, the cable channel, and the archive at once?
That is the standard municipal chain now, and it is a routing and automation design task, not five separate systems.
Can you help us write the spec or respond to our RFP process?
Yes. Scope language, documentation, and bid support are part of the work; see Bidding Information.
