Support contracts, Professional Services Blocks, and manufacturer coverage renewals for broadcast and AV production rooms. Manufacturer plans cover the box. We cover the workflow: the signal flow, the network, and the people who run it.

// Which room is yours?
Support sized to what failure costs you.
Three kinds of rooms come to this desk. Start where yours lives and the right shape of coverage follows.
It cannot fail
The room where dark is a headline: the chamber, the PEG channel, the Sunday service. Contract coverage with priority response, remote diagnostics first, on-site when it matters, and a rental bridge to keep you on the air as fleet availability allows.
Talk to an engineer →Rung 02It works for a living
The room that earns, but can breathe. Per-incident support when something breaks, and contract coverage when you would rather be documented, archived, and in the queue before it does.
Get a quote →Rung 03It keeps changing
The room that will not sit still. Professional Services Blocks: prepaid engineering hours that follow the need, from an operator refresher to a workflow rebuild.
Ask about PSB hours →// Leave covered
Coverage for the whole room, not one box.
Contract coverage for the rooms that cannot fail: a documented environment, archived configurations, firmware guidance, and prepaid engineering hours, on one annual line your finance office approves once. When something fails an hour before a broadcast, a council meeting, or a Sunday service, the question is never which manufacturer to call. It is who knows our system. That is what this desk answers: Vizrt, Panasonic, Blackmagic, LiveU, Netgear AV, and every other vendor supports their product. Varto supports your production. Ask about Varto OnAir support memberships when you talk to the desk.

// One covered year
What a covered system’s year looks like.
FIG. 01 · illustrative · terms live in contracts, never on pages
January · Handoff.
The system is commissioned, documented, and archived; the first prepaid hours turn handoff into operator training.
March · Refresher.
New operator on the desk. A prepaid hour turns into a working operator before the spring schedule starts.
May · Maintenance.
The bookable preventive pass: firmware brought to production-safe versions, configurations re-archived, the room proven before summer.
September · The big show.
Coverage carries it. Incident support stands behind the broadcast month, with a rental bridge available as fleet availability allows.
October · The workflow moves.
A new input, a new output, a changed rundown. Hours from the bank commission the change instead of a change order.
December · Renewals, handled.
ProTek and the rest of the manufacturer coverage tracked, explained, and renewed before anything lapses.
// PSB
Hours that flex.
One block, many uses: an operator refresher this quarter, a workflow or macro tuning pass next, commissioning after the new camera arrives, troubleshooting when the odd thing happens. Blocks come in three sizes, are valid for twelve months, and the hours follow the need. Usage is tracked and reported, so budgeting once covers the year. Contract customers top up at a preferred rate.

// Manufacturer coverage
Manufacturer coverage, handled here.
Whatever is on the rack, this desk manages the coverage behind it: Vizrt ProTek on TriCaster and 3Play, LiveU on the transmission path, SNS on the storage, and the programs behind the rest of the brands we carry. When an issue has to go to the factory, we open the case, speak the language, and stay on it until it closes.
ProTek is Vizrt’s manufacturer support program for TriCaster and 3Play, in two paid plans. Every paid plan carries around-the-clock case submission, response targets, remote resolution, and software maintenance; ProTek Professional adds phone contact, the fastest targets, and optional advance hardware replacement.
We check your coverage status, handle renewals, and track every renewal date on the rack so nothing lapses quietly. When a product ages out of manufacturer coverage, we tell you before it happens.

// straight answers
What people ask before they are covered.
Contract or per-incident?
Both exist. If your channel or chamber cannot go dark, a contract is cheaper than one bad week; occasional-use rooms do fine on incident support. The honest sizing conversation takes about twenty minutes.
Is the manufacturer's warranty or support contract enough?
It covers their product. We cover your production: the integration, the network, the workflow, and the humans running it, whether that is a TriCaster studio or a ten-room campus. Our support contracts can also track and manage your manufacturer renewals so nothing lapses.
Do you support systems you didn't install?
Usually, yes. It starts with a site audit so we know exactly what we are standing behind. The audit becomes your system's documentation, and it is credited toward contract coverage.
What are Professional Services Blocks, really?
Prepaid engineering hours at a defined rate, valid for twelve months, applied to whatever qualified work you need: training, commissioning, workflow and macro tuning, troubleshooting. Usage is tracked and reported, so you budget once and use it all year.
Do you require remote access to our network?
No. Every coverage shape works with zero network access. Where your IT team enables a remote-access level they choose and control, deeper access simply lets us start remote work faster. Your IT team sets the terms, in writing.
Is this 24/7 support?
No. Support runs on business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 6:30 Eastern, with commitments we meet rather than a badge we advertise. For scheduled evening and weekend productions, per-event coverage riders put an engineer on call for your defined window.
