repair · support
Keep it running.
Something is down, or it cannot be allowed to go down.
Vizrt Authorized Repair Center
Certified technicians and genuine parts for TriCaster, 3Play and related Vizrt and NewTek hardware, in and out of warranty. Mail in from anywhere in the US, or drop off in East Rutherford.
Diagnosis is free and comes before the quote, so the timeline you get is a real one rather than a guess. Rental TriCasters and 3Plays can bridge the gap while a unit is with us, billed rather than loaned and subject to fleet availability.

integration · training · financing
Build it, and hand it over.
A room that has to be on air on a date, and the people who will run it afterwards.
Design, specification, staging and test, install and cabling, configuration, commissioning and documentation, with training and support available as part of the proposal. Varto supplies the equipment it installs, so the company that specifies the system is the company that builds it and stands behind it.
If you already know the equipment, send the list and we will quote it. If you do not, send the room and the date it has to work.
Training built around your own equipment and workflow: switching and replay, cameras and PTZ controllers, digital consoles and Dante networks, graphics and live scorebugs, NDI sources and the network beneath them. A session can cover one switcher or a whole control room assembled from several manufacturers.
Varto trains on equipment from many manufacturers, and is a Vizrt Authorized Training Center for Vizrt products, with particular depth in TriCaster and 3Play. On site at your facility, in East Rutherford, or online.
Financing and leasing are available through third-party providers. Contact us to discuss options for your project.
Varto also responds to RFPs and RFQs and supports purchase-order and bid requirements.
