Two switching paths, running at once.
Three live draws a day, in public and under regulation. Varto built the draw studio to run primary and backup switching in parallel, with Flowics graphics and Dante audio on a Yamaha DM3.
Camera systems and both control rooms.
A Panasonic camera chain, TriCaster 2 Elite switching, CueScript prompting and SNS EVO shared storage. Varto designed, integrated and commissioned the camera systems and both control rooms, and trained the staff who ran them.
A production system, installed in 2022.
A TriCaster TC1 with two TalkShow units bringing remote callers in as sources. Separately from the installation, Varto also ran productions for the Post.

Upgrading a plant that is already on air.
Each move is planned around your production schedule, and rental equipment can hold a room during the change, subject to fleet availability.
- Ross Carbonite Black, Black Plus or Mosaic moves to Carbonite Ultra, Ultra 60 or Ultrix Carbonite. Ross ended production on April 1, 2023, and supports them for seven years from that date.
- An older TriCaster or 3Play moves to TriCaster Prizm or Vizion, or 3Play Vivid. Vizrt offers trade-in credit on eligible systems; paths by model are on the TriCaster page.
- Panasonic AW-UE150 moves to AW-UE150A, its successor. Adds an optical low-pass filter for LED walls, NDI High Bandwidth and built-in auto tracking.
- LiveU LU600 or older moves to LU800, LU900Q or LU300S; LU810 or LU610S in the rack. Trade-in confirmed case by case, together with the receive side.
- An SDI plant moves to Hybrid NDI, or SMPTE ST 2110. SDI where it works, NDI where flexibility matters, ST 2110 where scale justifies it.
- A show run by hand from a rundown moves to Viz Mosart automation. Each switcher, console and robotic camera is checked against Vizrt's driver list.

Repair
Eligible Vizrt hardware, TriCaster and 3Play included, is repaired on Varto's own bench, a Vizrt Authorized Repair Center.
