Do we need an operator, or can our team run it?
Either. Systems arrive with presets and a walkthrough for your crew, or our certified operator runs it end to end. Plenty of clients start with our operator and take over by event three.
What's included beyond the switcher?
Cabling, peripherals, NDI networking, and configuration by default; cameras, audio, and streaming gear are added to the package as the show requires.
How far do you deliver?
Rental and operator services cover the New York metro area. Beyond that, talk to us; sales, integration, and repair are nationwide, and travel is sometimes the right answer.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as your date is real. The fleet is finite and maintained in-house, so availability is confirmed at quote, and short-notice shows are still worth a call; the desk will tell you straight what is possible.
Can we rent replay on its own?
Yes. 3Play systems rent alone or alongside a switcher, with an operator if the show calls for one; sports packages usually pair replay with a TriCaster and comms.
What does a rental cost?
Packages are quoted to the show: the system, peripherals, delivery, and an operator if you want one, priced in one pass. Tell us the date, venue, and format, and the desk takes it from there.
