Do you require a COI?
We accept a certificate of insurance. Coverage is the renter's responsibility; Varto does not offer insurance.
How does the weekly rate work?
A week bills as three days. A month bills as ten.
Can I rent while my unit is being repaired?
Yes. Rental units cover repair turnarounds; ask the desk when you book service.
What happens if it fails mid-show?
Every system goes out updated, tested, and session-configured by the bench that repairs them. If the show cannot afford any downtime, add a backup system to the quote.
