Varto Fine Arts Tech, Inc., doing business as Varto Technologies, designs, sells, rents, installs, services and supports broadcast and audio visual systems. These terms cover the use of this website, vartotech.com, and nothing else.

This website is intended primarily for business and institutional customers in the United States.

There are no customer accounts, no shopping cart, no online payments and no comments. The forms on this site begin an inquiry: you tell us what you are trying to do, and a real person reads it.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Governing law

These terms, and the use of this website, are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about this website belongs in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.

Information, pricing and availability

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, rent or perform services, and submitting a form does not create an agreement. Sending us a request starts a conversation.

Rates and specifications shown on this site are for information and do not fix a price. Availability and lead times are confirmed when we quote.

Manufacturers change products, prices and lead times, and equipment in our rental fleet may already be booked.

Quotes, orders and agreements govern

Equipment sales, rentals, training, integration and support are governed by the applicable quote, order, rental agreement, statement of work or other written agreement. Where anything on this website differs from one of those documents, that document controls.

These terms do not replace, summarize or change any of those documents, and they are not the terms of any sale, rental or service. To know what applies to a particular job, ask us.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site or the systems behind it. Do not try to reach anything that is not published here. Do not submit our forms automatically, and do not send us anything through them that is false or abusive. Do not copy the site wholesale to republish it.

Reading, linking, printing and quoting with attribution are all fine.

Content and trademarks

The photography, text, layout and design on this site belong to Varto or to their respective owners.

Manufacturer names, product names and logos on this site belong to the companies that own them. They appear here because Varto sells, rents, services or trains on those products, and their presence does not mean anything more than that.

Links, accuracy and warranties

Specifications, availability, lead times and rates change, sometimes without notice, so we do not promise that everything here is complete or free of error at every moment.

Nothing in this section limits a manufacturer's warranty on a product we sell, or any commitment Varto makes on this site or in the applicable quote, order, rental agreement, statement of work or other written agreement.

This site links to manufacturer, partner and reference sites that Varto does not operate. We link to them because they are useful, not because we control what they publish, and their own terms and privacy practices govern those sites. This site also uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect its forms from automated abuse, and it loads on every page. Google's terms and privacy policy govern that service. What this site collects, and what happens to it, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We update this page when the site or our practices change, and we change the effective date at the top. Using the site after we update these terms means you accept the updated version.
