Typically a camera op or two and a utility. Switching, graphics, replay, and audio can stay home. The travel line on your budget is usually where REMI pays for itself first.

We plan for it: bonded cellular aggregates multiple carriers, and the transmission path gets designed with the same redundancy thinking as everything else. Venue Wi-Fi is never the plan.
Q·03Cloud or hardware control room?
Depends on how often you produce and how your costs prefer to land, monthly or capital. Many builds are hybrid. We'll model it against your actual event calendar.
Q·04How much delay does remote production add, and will viewers notice?
Enough that the design has to respect it, not enough that the audience ever sees it. Camera cuts, comms, and return video each have their own timing budget, and getting them right is the design work. When it's engineered properly, the show looks local.

Yes, and you should. Transmission and production gear can be fielded for a single event, with our team or yours, so the model proves itself on your actual show before any capital decision. Many remote builds start exactly that way.
